  • 10 years from the application filling date.

Requirements:

  • Power of attorney duly notarized by the consulate of General of Qatar.
  • Copy of the certificate of incorporation or the company commercial register extract.
  • Certified copy of the priority document, (if the priority is claimed).

Period of protection:

  • 20 years from the application filling date.

Requirements:

  • Power of attorney duly naturized by the consulate of General of Qatar.
  • Deed of assignment (if the applicant is not the inventor) signed by both parties.
  • Certified copy of the priority document (if the priority is claimed).
