Cancellation Action:
- Non-use of the trademark within 5 years from the registration date.
Requirements:
- Power of attorney duly notarized by the consulate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Certified copy of priority is claimed.
Protection period: 20 years from the application filling date.
Requirements:
- Power of attorney duly notarized by the consulate of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Copy of certificate of incorporation or company commercial register extract.
- Dead of assignment (if the applicant is not the inventor) signed by both parties.
- Certified copy of the priority document (if claiming priority).

Period of protection:
